Wolfstock Alerts · Effective upon publication

Wolfstock Alerts is owned and operated by Andrew Wolf as a private, personal-use product-availability monitor. Andrew Wolf is the sole SMS recipient. This policy describes the planned program and applies when it is activated.

Information used

The program uses the owner's mobile number and notification preferences. If the owner explicitly agrees during private setup, it stores a consent record containing that number, the disclosure text and version, the affirmative action, and a timestamp in the protected configuration file. It processes alert content, message timestamps, delivery status, and operational logs to send requested notifications and troubleshoot delivery. Email notifications also use the owner's email address.

Use and sharing

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent will not be transferred to another messaging program.

Information necessary to operate the service is processed by service providers, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers for SMS delivery, the hosting provider for running the monitor, and the email provider for email delivery. Such processing is limited to providing and supporting these services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Message frequency and choices

Message frequency varies with product availability changes, with a maximum of 30 alert texts per day and 200 per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Participation is voluntary. When SMS is active, reply STOP to cancel future SMS alerts. The owner can also disable SMS delivery in the private monitor configuration. For support or a privacy request, contact awolfw@gmail.com.

Storage and retention

Program information is retained as needed to operate the monitor, document consent, investigate delivery issues, and meet applicable requirements. The owner can request deletion of information no longer needed for these purposes. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies and obligations.

Public website

These informational pages do not collect subscription requests or phone numbers and do not include advertising or analytics scripts. The website host may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the website.
