Program and operator

Wolfstock Alerts is a private personal-use program operated by Andrew Wolf. It monitors publicly available footwear and apparel listings on skylrk.com and sends brief notifications of newly discovered products or colorways and selected-size restocks. Additional details are sent separately by email.

Participation and consent

Andrew Wolf is the sole administrator and intended recipient. He requests these notifications for his own use, configures his own receiving mobile number privately, and manually activates SMS delivery after provider approval. There is no public enrollment or customer messaging. Visiting these pages does not subscribe anyone.

The owner must review these terms and the Privacy Policy before activating SMS delivery. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a product. These pages do not themselves record consent or verify a mobile number.

In private setup, after entering his receiving number and reviewing the disclosure, the owner must type I AGREE to record consent for that number. There is no affirmative default. Blank or any other response leaves SMS blocked. Changing the receiving number requires a matching consent record. The full disclosure and action are shown on the opt-in workflow page. Recording consent does not send a message or start the service.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with detected changes, with a maximum of 30 alert texts per day and 200 per month. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's wireless plan. Provider, phone-number, registration, and campaign charges are paid separately by the program owner.

Cancel and get help

When SMS is active, reply STOP to cancel future SMS alerts. A confirmation message may be sent. The owner can also disable SMS delivery in the monitor's private configuration.

Availability and delivery

Notifications report observed website availability. They do not reserve products, guarantee that an item remains available, or guarantee delivery within a particular time. Monitoring and delivery may be interrupted or delayed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Independent project

Wolfstock Alerts is not affiliated with SKYLRK and does not send messages on SKYLRK's behalf. The program is limited to personal notifications and does not automatically purchase products.

Changes and contact

The owner may change or discontinue the program. Material changes to the messaging purpose, recipients, frequency, or consent method require updated disclosures and any applicable registration changes before use.
